Maxillary sinus’ graft with bone substitute (Gen Mix)
Abstract
With the loss of dental elements, a process of resorption,
which added to pneumatization of the maxillary
sinus, results in a remaining bone less than 8mm
in the back of the jaw, preventing the installation of
implants. In this work, it is sought through a literature
review and case report to list the techniques for grafting
and lifting of the maxillary sinus, as well as the
materials used.
