Quality in health’s publics services of dentistry from the user´s perspective
Abstract
This article aims to describe and analyze the studies about assessment of oral health services from the perspective of the user in Brazil, pointing the commonalities of the results. Most of them are referred to the concepts developed by Donabedian. The most important points that were identified by patients access and interpersonal relationship, the absence of channels of communication with the inhabitants affect the development of effective and problem-solving strategies. At present there is a gap in the area of oral health on the evaluation of public services under the user’s perspective, there is a demand for multicenter studies on the subject.
