Transmigration of mandibular canines: a review of the literature and report of two cases

Abstract


Transmigration of the jaw canine is a rare condition. When it is diagnosed through clinical and radiographic exams, a careful evaluation is necessary to choose the most adequate treatment. The aim of the present study is to report two cases describing clinical and radiographic aspects, and the established treatment.
